Ernst Jan Berger started at the Independent Recruiters Group in February 2008 as Marketing Manager, where he was responsible for optimising the use of recruitment tools, recruitment via social networks and the publication of adverts in the various media sources used by the Independent Recruiters Group. Additionally, he set up a referral programme. Since July 2009, he has fulfilled the role of Senior Consultant IT&Technology. With his broad background and interests, the ability to absorb new things quickly, empathy and his passion for people, he is able to create a perfect match between candidate and client.
